Philadelphia/West Chester KOA Information

Check In Time is 2:00 pm.

Check Out Time is 12 Noon.

Late departure and early arrival requests will require additional fees and must be approved in advance.

Reservation Policy

Deposit - A deposit equal to the registration charges for your first night is required. 

Holiday Deposit - A deposit equal to 3 nights is required. A 3 night minimum stay is required over Holiday weekends.

Summer Weekends - A deposit equal to 2 nights is required for Cabin, Cottage, and Lodge rentals, as well as Riverfront Sites. A 2 night minimum stay is required.

Guarantee of Site - Specific sites can be guaranteed with a nonrefundable fee of $10.

Minimum Age - To reserve or register any campsite you must be 21 or older.

Minimum Stay - A 2 night minimum stay is required on summer weekends for Cabins, Cottages, Lodges and Riverside sites. A 3 night minimum stay is required for all Sites and Lodging on Holiday weekends.

Maximum Stay - 2 weeks for Cabins, Cottages, Lodges and Tent sites. Site occupancy is for 1 camping unit with 1 family (parents with unmarried children 17 years and under) or 4 adults without children. Extra person charges will apply.

For Deposit Refund - If you are unable to honor your reservations, you must call and cancel prior to these cancellation deadlines:

RV/Tent - 48 Hours - Notify KOA by 4 pm two days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Cabins, Cottages, Lodges - 1 Week - Notify KOA by 4 pm 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Holiday RV/Tent - 1 Week - Notify KOA by 4 pm 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Holiday Cabins, Cottages, Lodges - 2 Weeks - Notify KOA by 4 pm 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in a forfeiture of deposit.

Cancellation Fee:

A $10.00 fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to the deadline for RV/Tent sites. A $25.00 fee for cancellation of Cabins, Cottages, and Lodges prior to deadline.

Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Visitor Policy

Visitors must check in at the office and pay a visitor's fee before entering the campground. Visitors must display a visitor pass on their vehicles and depart from the campground premises by 10:00 pm. 

Day visitors may not become overnight visitors if the maximum site occupancy is exceeded. All appropriate fees apply for overnight guests.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome but must be leashed and attended at all times. Pets should not be left alone in a camping unit or at your site in your absence.

Use designated pet walk areas and scoop up after you pets.

Sorry - No pets allowed in or at Cabin, Cottage or Lodge sites.
